Help restore firmware on dl160 G5 !!!
At attempt to fill in CPQQ1092.BIN insertions through tftp, there was probably a failure, and after reboot now shows "BMC Does NOT Known Platform ID!" (Look a picture in the appendix).
And in 3 minutes swears on that that doesn't see fans and is switched off. Burns blue LED.
Through manadgenent port access doesn't work, the static address not ping.
CLI through RS232 starts up, but the data "nic1" isn't present.

Re: Help restore firmware on dl160 G5 !!!
Quiet old post, but today I have the same problem so why leave it without solution...
In my case I have the same behavior and I have fix it by updating firmware. HP seems to make only ubs key firmware disk (why?!?!?) but you can use the provided rompaq.exe to decompress the present image. In my case I have downloaded SP4484 and in the "flat" directory have CPQQ1092.2AD. Simply user rompaq.exe /D CPQQ1092.2AD CPQQ1092.BIN and update again firmware with bin image.
