Help with Installation

Hello there;
I will install windows 2000 server on a proliant ML370 G2 server for the first time. I'm just not sure how to do this. If i decide to install 2003 version do i still need to load drivers for the scsi controller or it will be detected by 2003?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry i forgot to say, that the server that i'm trying to install Windows 2000 server on it, presently has SCo unix installed on.
