Help with second hand dl145

My server will pass post but not load the OS. I have read the manual front to back. Is there an explanation of the motherboard led's at the back.. A lot of them are red.

Hi.
Thanks for your post. I am looking for the leds on the motherboard itself. The link I think shows the panel lights? On the back of the motherboard is a line of very small leds. The manual says when there is a malfunction to monitor the status of the motherboard leds but doesn't say what the lights indicate.
