Re: Hot plug capable slots 1-2 are running at 33MHz
Marco:
You may be able to correct this problem by manually reinstalling the Hot Plug Driver:
Note: If there are MULTIPLE "PCI Hotplug Controller" instances, perform the following steps for each "PCI Hotplug Controller" instance. Do not reboot until the drivers have been updated for each of the instances.
Right-click on "My Computer."
Select "Properties."
Select the Hardware tab.
Click on "Device Manager."
Expand the System Devices by clicking on the plus sign (+).
Double-click on "PCI Hotplug Controller" from System Devices to show the Properties page.
Select the Driver tab.
Click on Update Driver to invoke the Update Device Driver Wizard.
Select the "Search for a suitable driver for your device (recommended)" radio button.
Click Next.
Select "Specify a location".
Click Next.
Direct the wizard to the location where you stored the PCI Hot Plug driver and select "cpqphp.inf".
Click Next.
Click Finish. A pop-up window will prompt for reboot.
If there is only one "PCI Hotplug Controller" instance, click "Yes" to reboot.
If there are MULTIPLE "PCI Hotplug Controller" instances, perform the steps above for each one...
Here is a link to the latest driver: http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/20524.html
hope this helps! -john

Re: Hot plug capable slots 1-2 are running at 33MHz
hi,
for the first event error, in addtion to updating the driver as guided in the above reply, please also make sure you havn't installed any 33 MHz card in slot 1or 2.
for the second error: this error is usually not harmfull to the system, it only indicates that the indicated device not responding in the time out limit. you could try to update the BIOS & driver for the same device.
