Hot swappable DAT 75 tape drive on ML370

Hello Guys;
I have a Proliant ML 370 G2 server that i'm thinking of installing a DAT75 hot swappable tape drive into the available hard disk bays. Is there a specific bay that i should use or i can install it on any available hot swappable bay?
According to HP manual and articles, some say install it on the third bay from the bottom, some say on the 2nd some on the first, i'm lost. My first three bays are unavailable cause i have 2 HDD in raid 5, so ihave only the 4th, 5th and 6th bays available.
Thank you.

Hi Harry:

You can install it in any bay; however possible they are saying bay third or 2nd; is because scsi id is given by the SCSI backplane; and the higher the SCSI id for that drive the better; since you want your slow devices on the highest scsi id on the Chain.

so 4th 5th and 6ths bay will be fine with no problems.

Best regards,

Tarek.
