How BIg a Hard Drive Can a DL380 G2 Take?

I want to install the biggest drives possible into a Proliant DL380 G2 PIII 1.4GHz. I'm not finding a compatibility matrix for hard drives. I would assume that it would be compatible with any ULTRA3 compliant universal hot swap drive, but I wanted to check to be sure I could put a 300GB drive in there. If not, what capacity drive am I limited to?
