How can I DISABLE a MEMORY SLOT?
Is there an available utility or setting in Microsoft Windows 2000+ that will allow me to disable a particular memory slot?
One of our servers (an ML370 G3) has a bad memory slot 6. I want to disable access to that slot. The server is remotely managed with PCAnywhere, ILO, Terminal Services, and CIM. I can not physically remove the memory until next week when I fly to the site. Please help!
Yours,
Justin Chandler
