How can I get the SAID for a old product sot that I can access the servcie(download) center

Hi
I tried to download the lateest BIOS for my DL360 G5, obviously, I am not allow to download it without a service agreement or warranty or something else.
Here is the question: How can I get the "Contracts & Warranties", or how can I buy it? And could you tell me how much it would be?
