How do I configure???

I've tried Smart Start 4.90, 4.40, and 4.23 (I was told by the person I bought this server from that the 4.23 is what came with the system). I also downloaded the SCU that the drivers website said was for the Prosignia 720. The problem is that in all four cases, I'm told my server is not supported by that software. I'm really in a pinch. I want a RAID controller in this box (I have a SMART2-DH) however, without being able to get even a Smart Start CD to boot, I am unable to configure any array. What's the deal??
