How long to wait until installing hard drive?

I just received a hard drive that needs to be installed to one of our servers. It is still cold from being in the delivery truck.

Is there any way to determine when it is safe to spin up this drive?

I don't think there is a specific temp; UNLESS the DISK was in freezing temp & the servers are usual warm; Such Minor temp changes are through past the TESTING phase; hence just plug in & play.
