How to Change date/time from BIOS

I want to change the date/time for the system. I used the smartstart CD to boot the system but can not find the date/time information. How do I change the system date/time? Thanks.

Go into the F10 partition and then goto System Config -> Power-On Defaults and then Set Date and Time.
We are here for a good time, not a long time!

Date and Time ->Time Format--> select " Local Time" default was "UTC".
