How to I start over with RAID controller

I bought a Compaq 5000 server and add on disk cabinet at a police auction, and did not get any software or manuals. It is set up with two arrays RAID 5. I have upgraded to the latest ROM. I loaded Windows 2000 and it works fine, but I would like to start over and wipe out all the drives and set it up in a different RAID number. I have the Win 2000 online array configuration program, but I cannot seem to change anything with that. Is there a DOS level utility to do what I want, and if so where is it as I cannot find it online.

Follow this link. 3rd from the bottom you will see the Erase Utility. This will wipe out everything. DATA DESTRUCTIVE.
