How to configure HP management agents via CLI or script?

I'm sure this is an easy one but I haven't been able to find anything quickly, so hopefully you guys know.

Latest PSP on DL3xx servers. I have to disable certain management agents (scsi & fibre array) on my servers in order to comply with some SAN guidelines in my environment. Is there a way I can script the disabling of these? Right now I'm just using the GUI in the control panel. I'd prefer a non-SIM method. Registry, manipulate a file, etc.
