How to create Conrep.dat for a specific server - DL-380e Gen8

Using a default file conrep.xml from HP Script Toolkit version 9.20, it does not seem to create all fields of RBSU in a "gen8Conf.dat" file.

I successfully created  a "gen8Conf.dat" file without any error - return value of 0.  But it does not have all fileds I want to set for.  For example, the following I want to set .  Hope someone advise me.
