How to create RAID with P800 contr?

I have DL380G6 with 6 SAS drives and embedded P400i contr., and with P800 because P800 is supported from SCO Unix. I wan't to create RAID10 with P800, but don't know how to enter in conf. menu for P800 contr?! If I press F8 conf. then conf menu for P400i is apear.

Hi,

-F9 enter the RBSU.
-Boot Controller Order > HP Smart Array P800 -Controller is the first set.
-save and exit And then try again.

I already set P800 to first boot controller.
After initializing P400i there is option to press F8, and than go initializing P800 but after that there is no option to press F8 or something that.
