How to disable DL160 G6 Intel Speedstep

I was given the wrong information by an HP Support engineer, so I wanted to post this information here for reference. The HP DL160 G6 servers DO support Intel Speedstep, however I wanted it turned off! To turn it off in the BIOS, you must go to "Advanced CPU", set the "Power Setting" to Custom, and then you can change the Speedstep to Disabled. If you don't change the Power Setting, the item is greyed out and unchangable.
