How to setup the ILO in Linux

I have a VMware's ESX server running on a DL 380 G3 server. The ILO isn't set on this server, how can I setup the ILO's IP without rebooting the box?

I know that HPONCFG works on Windows OS system. I s there a version for linux? Thanks.

Yes, it's called hponcfg :)
I installed it with PSP, but i think you can download just hponcfg from:
