How to tell if BBWC is working

Hello,

I have bought a DL380 G6 and a 512MB BBWC upgrade.

The P410i controller says it has 0MB memory. I can see the battery is blinking (2 blinks then wait for 2 seconds)

Is this normal or should the controller report 512MB? Do i have to wait on battery charge?

I disconnected and reconnected the parts and suddenly it says 512MB, all well I suppose.

this happens if cache board is no tclippeed on super tight ,

now do not update firmware to 7xx as it is flaky stay around on firmware 5.4 unless you are missing anything special if so post here i will see what i can do,,

go in hp tools and run array diagnostic utility and post here i will check it and reply :) on status of raid devices etc.
