How to tune interrupt coalesce parameter for HP NC375T PCI

Hi,
I am using DL580 G7 server having HP NC375T PCI 4 port card. I am facing a high latency between servers. Latency varies from 0.9ms to 1.8ms even if the servers are connected to the same switch and with no other load than simple ping.

What I found that might solve this situation is disabling the interrupt coalescing for the network interfaces. This is a driver specific setting and unfortunately driver for the network cards supplied with our servers (Netxen 10-Gigabit Ethernet devices) does not seem to support this option.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Re: How to tune interrupt coalesce parameter for HP NC375T PCI

Hi there,

as per document HP NC375T does support interrupt coalescing

Check the different driver version to see if you get option to change this settings.

If you have teaming then you will find this option under NCU in nic properties.

thanks,
Aftab
