How to update BIOS ProLiant ML350 D02/F02 without floppy?

Hi, I want to update the BIOS, but the floppy drive won't work. Is there a cd version of the Systems ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade Diskette for HP ProLiant ML350 (D04/D02) Servers (SP24532.exe)? Thx.

Do we have an operating System installed on the server?
If yes, then we need to boot to OS and then download the Online System Rompaq to update.

I only installed Windows Server 2003 and no Compaq software. Do I have to install the ProLiant Support Pack for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 before I use the Online System Rompaq? Thx.

You can install the Rompaq and then update the Proliant Support Pack.
