How to update version on key made with HP USB Key Utility

I was wondering is there is an easy way to upgrade or remove older versions of SmartStart and Firmware DVD from a USB Flash Drive that was created with the HP USB Key Utility? I want to make room for the newer version and no longer need the older versions.

Hi,

maybe, you just delete or clear the unneeded
paths on the USB-Drive ? :-)
And then just ignore the (deleted)
bootmenu-choices ?

I have seen a configfile called "syslinux.cfg" in the root of
the USB-Drive, textformat, with the menus
texted inside.
Maybe just delete the menues there ?

I figured out how to do it manually. As you describe but I was hoping that there was functionality in the HP USB Key Utility to actually remove older versions and install new ones.
