How to upgrade firmware of NetXen NC375i and Broadcom NC382T in DL580 G7

Hi,

My server DL580 G7 running with ESXi 5.5. I need to upgrade firmware of NetXen NC375i and Broadcom NC382T for protect the issue following the information in the weblink https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2012455 and http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c02964542&lang=en-us&cc=us

Righ now. the firmware version in my server following in detail below,

NC375i

~ # ethtool -i vmnic0

firmware-version: 4.0.530

NC382T

~ # ethtool -i vmnic4
driver: bnx2
version: 2.2.3d.v55.2
firmware-version: bc 5.2.2
bus-info: 0000:11:00.0

Actually I have download the package file  https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/details?downloadGroup=DT-ESXI55-QLOGIC-NX_NIC-55643&productId=353 and https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/details?downloadGroup=DT-ESXI55-BROADCOM-BNX2X-17A10V551&productId=353 done. But I don't know how to upgrade it.

Could HP DL580 G7 expert help me to provide the step by step for upgrade these firmware. Thanks.
