How to upgrade the number of CPU's on a DL760

I have a two node Cluster " DL760's".
the existing configuration is 4XCPU's Xeon PIII 900 MHZ.
OS is W2000 advanced server SP3, SQL 2000 SP3a, 8 Megs of RAM per node.
i want to upgrade the CPU's to become 8XCPU's.
what i need to do please?

i am trying to find out if my server has the cache accelerator instaled on the second module, i tried checking it out from the systems management web page didn't get any info.
is there any way i can find out with out having to shut down and open the lid of the server?

If you have only 4 Processors, it's against the rules to have second cache installed

... There are two processor buses each accommodating 4 Pentium III Xeon Processors. Bus 1 Cache Coherency Accelerator is assigned to the 1st four Pentium III Xeon Processors. Bus 2 Cache Coherency Accelerator is assigned to the 2nd four Pentium III Xeon Processors. Processors should be installed on Bus 1 first ...

Configuration Rules

ProLiant DL760 servers have two processor buses.

Processors are added to fill bus 1 before adding processors to bus 2.

If processors occupy both processor buses, then the Cache Accelerators for both buses must be installed.

The Cache Accelerator is required for a server employing five or more processors.

Do not use the Cache Accelerator option for less than five processors.
