Hp Proliant DL380 G3 and Avocent KVM

I hav installed Hp Proliant 380 DL380 G3 and i use a AVocent DSR2161 KVM-switch.
With tis server either the keyboard or mouse are working.
(It's working fine with Proliant DL380 G"-servers)
Avocent says they believe this is because of the Iloe-feature on this server.
I hav upgrade the Iloe to firmware version 1.20 A but still the keyboard and mouse are not working.

Anyone who has an idea about this problem?

If you're not planning on using the ILO, you can disable it within the rom based setup.
