Hp Proliant Server Performance
I installed Windows Server 2003 on a Proliant Server and later updated it to Windows Server 2003 R2 BUT after some 30 minutes the performance of the server degrades, and becomes very slow, it takes so much time to even access a file on it through the network.

Re: Hp Proliant Server Performance
I had same problem with Windows 2008, suddenly became very slow and users are unable to access files on the server. The solution was by updating the network driver (it is released May 2010). Just make sure to update to the latest drivers.
