I am wanting to buy a HP Proliant Ml150 G6 but from what I have heard, the iLO is a bit different than the 300 series counterparts. Can you explain please?

SolutionHello Kingboo2314,
Thank you for posting your query.
Yes, ML150 G6 has a different iLO when compared to HPE ML/DL 300 Series server.
ML150 G6 uses ML150 G6 embedded Lights-Out 100, where as DL/ML 300 Series server use Integrated Lights-Out - 2.
Here are the user guides for Lights-Out 100 and iLO - 2 for your reference.
Lights-Out 100 --> https://content.etilize.com/User-Manual/1022990675.pdf
iLO 2 --> http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00553302.pdf
Thank you.
