Hp proliant dl 385 display properties through RDP problem cannto change the reosklution while on RDP session and resolution is 16 but where actually it is 32 but when connecting to its console

could you post your problem more clearly? I simply do not understand.

He probably can't see anyting on his LCD monitor because of incorrect display settings (refresh rate and screen resolution)
Now he wants to change this though an RDP (terminal service) session.
But this won't work. Just hookup an old CRT screen.
