Hpqil02 warrning message on HP Proliant DL380G5

Maximum Pwrmeter count(1) exceeded warning message display again and again on
HP Proliant DL380G5. When above mention warning occur then server is not accessable from network.
Kindly guide me to resolve this warning.

I believe the event id for this message is 57 which is related to a widely known advisory:
