Hyper-V & HP Network Configuration Utility
Hi,
I've been working with Hyper-V and have had conversations with the MS team about network card teaming.
They've said that as per the norm with Windows, they're leaving NIC teaming to the OEM's such as HP, Broadcom, Dell and IBM. This means that getting virtual network redundancy will rely on a Hyper-V friendly version of the HP Network Configuration Utility.
Any idea if and when we'll get a version of the HP NCU that can provide a NIC team that can be connected to a Hyper-V virtual switch in a supported manner?
Thanks,
Aidan Finn.

I'd also like to see this. Silly that HP doesn't already have a version out for this

Re: Hyper-V & HP Network Configuration Utility
As from Hyper-V integration note, NIC teaming is not supported with Hyper-V and currently there are no plans to add support. Please refer to the whitepaper found at: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01516156/c01516156.pdf
