I Cant Login to My HP Proliant ML110 G4

I am not able to login into my HP PROLIANT ML110 2012 Server,each time I boot up the server I get wrong time and date, I feel that is preventing me from logging into the device, I have tried booting from the BIOS to change the date and time settings but the date and time is never correct after several attempts to resolve the issue, please I will appreciate your assistance on this issue, thank You

When you get in the BIOS, are able to set the date/time and after that are you able to login to 2012?

What generation is the M110?
