I can not use Remote console utility in iLO homepage

Dear All,

We have bought 3 servers HP Proliant 380p DL G8 from your company.

We deployed iLO application for our customer. However, We can not run "Remote Console" utility from iLO homepage. It displays "Application cannot be start. Contact the application vendor". Pls help me about this.

Please click on Remote Console menu on the left pane and you'll see 2 options. The .NET Integrated Remote Console which requires .NET Framework 3.5 or later and the Java Integrated Remote console which requires your client to have a Java JRE installed.

i know this is old but i still get this error and i have .net framework 4.6. i can even use ilo on other systems just not this particular one.  Please help!
