I can't access to intelligent provisioning via F10

Hi Techsupport,

Why I can't access to intelligent provisioning via F10? 

it straight shows "error: no such device: EMBEDDED346" after tap on F10. 

Refer to below for HP server details:

OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

System Model: ProLiant ML30 Gen10
