I need a driver for my proliant 400

Hi, i have a proliant 400 compaq server, and now im trying to install windows nt 4.0 but the windows set up program can't see the controller card. i try to find the driver in the web page of compaq computer but i can't. The name of the is Server Feature Board and the scsi chip set is Symbios Logic 53C895. I'd download the driver for this chipset from symbios web page but the setup program can't find the scsi hard disk. anybody can help me please
