If you have install HP ProLiant Array Configuration Utility for Windows then you can able to run the utility and see raid status ( RAID0 OR RAID1(MIRRORING)).
IF YOU NOT INSTALLED HERE I MENTION THE ULR PATH, CAN U DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL.

On most model you can press F8 during POST process to access RBSU (when array controller scan disks).
You can also boot from SmartStart CD and use Array Confoguration Utility.
If you don't have array controller, you can mirror your disks from OS.

The high performance models are shipped with the Smart 6402 controller, but the standard models have as single U320 SCSI card.
If the 6502 (or other array controller) is installed the array based setup utility can be used. If not raid will need to be setup via the operating system.
