IDA HDD Errors after boot

After a recent replacement of one of the Hot Plug drives that failed on the Smart Array Controller we started getting several of the following messages immead. after the O/S boots. The messages only occur right after a boot up then stop. The Array is 3 4.3GB Wide-Ultra Drives, SCSI ID's 0,1,2, drive ID 1 was the one replaced. It does not appear to cause any operational problems that we can tell. But the client is very concerned. A sampling of the errors:
