IDE Harddisk on the 1850R

Hi!
can I connect an IDE harddisk to the 1850r. I noticed that the CDROM is connected to an IDE interface. Can I connect a HD there?
And what do I need to change in order to make it work?

AFAIK the Proliant BIOS doesn't include support for IDE hard drives so this should not work. (I've never tried it)

Expected something like this.
Does anyone know what kind of SCSI Hardisk I can buy (what type of connector) to mount in the Hardisk cage?
