ILO 3 Problem

Hi I have problem with my iLO after approving some update on my windows server2003 and try to restart it . I have remote connection until windows logo appear when windows going to Start my iLO Remote Connection disconnect and show " No Video : on black screen , however I can remote to my server via MS RD . what should I do ?

 

 

(my server is DL380G5)

hi,

 

Please try to reset the iLo. If you perform a FW update of the iLo , it will reset it automatically. You can check also, if you have the latest ilo driver.

 

DL380 G5 has iLo 2 .
