ILO 3 & 4 BSOD if Citrix Receiver is installed (ctxusbm.sys)
Hello,
we have some DL380 Gen7 and Gen8 Servers with ILO3 and ILO4 and running Windows 2008R2.
If we connect with ILO and start Remote Console (Doesn't matter if .NET IRC or Java), we get a BlueScreen. After debugging the crashdump, I've seen the crash was caused by ctxusbm.sys (Citrix Receiver). We updates the ILO Firmwares, installed new ILO ControllerDriver and everything. But still same problem.
Citrix Receiver 4.5. Can't update to 4.6 or 4.7, because 4.5 is needed because of some other problems.
Any idea how to solve this problem ?
Thanks and regards,
D.O.

Have you logged a support case with HPE? Is the BSOD occuring on the client or the server?

Re: ILO 3 & 4 BSOD if Citrix Receiver is installed (ctxusbm.sys)
Hello,
BSOD happens on Server. I've debugged the Memory.dmp and this both files seems to have a problem when connecting with ILO:
ctxusbm.sys
tsusbflt.sys

Did you ever figure out what the cause of this is? I have a DL360p gen8 without Citrix installed and i'm seeing the same behavior.
