ILO Amplifier Upgrade

Currently running ILO Amplifier 1.30 on VMware 6.5 and want to upgrade to 1.40. The user guide only talks about upgrading using a BIN file. The only download I can find is the OVA for 1.40. 

How can I upgrade my appliance?

There are 2 downloadable files for the ILO Amplifier.

1. Download iLO Amplifier Update Binary for first time setup which is having the .OVA file

2. Download iLO Amplifier Update Binary which contains the .bin file. this file is basically use for the appliance upgrade

Hello.

I cannot upgrade the aplliance from 1.40 to 1.50 or 1.55

After the appliance reboot the version stays at 1.40. (Browser cache cleared, etc..)

Any ideas how to upgrade to 1.50 or 1.55 via upgrade bin file?

Are there any logs I can check?
