ILO Firmware 1.61 Version display in c7000 OBA

i just started updating my ilo fw on bl465c blades to v1.61. Powered on blades show the version AND date in Rack Firmware Summary, while powered off only show the version 1.61.

Powered off:
12 ProLiant BL465c G1 A13 03/27/2008 iLO2 1.61
Powered on:
13 ProLiant BL465c G1 A13 03/27/2008 iLO2 1.61 Aug 31 2008

Older FW Version always show Version AND Date -i´m wondering normal behavior or a bug?
