The easiest way to reset your ilo's, especially that you do not know the account info, would probably be to reboot the servers one at at time.... and during boot up, you given the option to configure your ilo "Press F8". You do not need the user/password to modify anything... but you can change EVERYTHING.
There are some scripts you can use via windows and probably linux, but i am unsure if they require user/password.
When configuring iLo, they should be connected to a totally seperate network so that you can still get to them if your main network fails. It is ok to put them on your main network, but the whole purpose of the "Lights Out" theory is so you can get to the servers when the main network is unavailable.
If you have blade server, then you need to open the blade up and flip switch 1 to disable the password, login.. change password and switch back. DL's and ML's should be simple as they have a local console connection and usually don't require
switch intervention.
