ILO passwords

We here have a couple of G3 series servers, and now want to use the ILO features for these 2 y/o machines;

but we haven't recorded the passwords;

what are the options for use to recover the access ?

Use Ilo Override Security Switch (open top cover see Switches Legend)
Access to F8 or trough console assign all Credential and than move back to OFF switch
