I have a c7000 chasiss that contain severial BL460c blades.
I plan to install them with a vsphere vcenter 7, so I install the ESXi 7.0 first.
All of other 6 blades are installed successfully with a prepared Scripted Media URL (ILO 4), but only one blade failed to find the CD/DVD driver. All the actions are similar, with traditional Legacy BIOS mode.
I have tried many ways to fix this, but all failed including:
1) change BIOS cfg, disable virtual USB port, USB device.
2) Also tried with other available ISO URL, it also failed.
3) Reset the ILO within Diagnostics.
4) Update the ILO4 fireware version to latest: 2.77, Dec 07 2020
5) Redo the RAID cfg and set one bootable volume.
6) Disable PXE booting.
BTW, Before disable PXE boot, the network installation works well. The DHCP server and the ISO http URL is from same server.
I have worked with HP ProLiant servers for a couple of years, including C7k and DL380 servers, but this issue has not happened before.
Any one could give some hint or suggestions ?

SolutionThanks for your reply.
Finally, I went through all the BIOS options and find the root cause.
After enable "Internal SD Card Slot", the CD-ROM URL installation works well.
The path is: BIOS --> RBSU --> System Options --> USB options --> Internal SD Card Slot.
Wish this finding could help more people.
