ILO4 licensing error message on Proliant DL380 G9

I bought an HPE iLO Essentials licens but get an error message when entering the activation key: Error installing license: Not a valid activation key

ILo firmware: 2.50

I tried to reset ILo but still the same error.

The essentials license is not a valid license for a DL380 Gen9

ProLiant Gen8 e-series servers,
and ProLiant MicroServer Gen8
