IRQ5 for PCI card

We had inserted NC3131 NIC and RIB light-out ed. into our ML530
running netware 5.1 sp3. RIB had to be assigned to slot 1 as
suggested by manual, but no matter into what slot NC3131 had
been inserted, the IRQ number would be 5, same to RIB's IRQ.

Is it possible to assign two different IRQ number to these two
PCI devices? I had inspected our another ML530 servers running
NT, it got total 32 IRQ numbers, comparing to netware system total
16 IRQ numbers. Why?
