Ideal sql 2k setup

I currently have several dl380's that will be utilized for sql 2k with the following setup:
1 x 1.4ghz proc
1 gig ram
4 x 36gig
2 x 18gig

Now I have tossed around the idea of setting up 2 x 18gig Raid1+0 for os, and then raid 5 with the 4 remaining.

Or:
2 x 18gig for os
2 x 36gig for databases
2 x 36gig for logs
all raid 1+0

Or Raid 5 with Spares
2 x 18gig + 1x 36gig Raid 5 - os
2 x 36gig + 1X 26gig Raid 5 - logs/database

For internal reasons the databases size is not going to be very large no more than 5-10 gigs at any given time so Im more concerned with transaction time and uptime.

Any suggestions.
