Image DL360 Gen9 to Gen10 - Missing Drivers and inaccessible boot device
Hoping someone can identify something I am missing. I am trying to take a Windows Server 2012 R2 Acronis Image of an exsting Gen9 server and appply it to a Gen10. Using Acrionis universal restore I try to apply missing drivers but there are three I can not seem to get.
- PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A1AF&SUBSYS_00EB1590&REV_09 | C620 Series Chipset Family USB 3.0 xHCI Controller
- PCI\VEN_103C&DEV_22F6&SUBSYS_00E41590&REV_09 | Hewlett Packard Enterprise iLO5 Virtual USB Controller
- PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A1D2&SUBSYS_00EB1590&REV_09 | C620 Series Chipset Family SSATA Controller [AHCI mode]
I also have universal restrore inject the HPE Smart Array P408i-a SR Gen 10 driver.
I am not sure if its related to the drivers or a system configuration difference but I can not get Windows to boot. I get a BSOD with inaccessable boot device.
I installed a fresh copy of Server 2012 R2 and updated all the drivers using SPP to verify the hardware was working correctly. I used this image to export all the third party drivers using PS command Export-WindowsDriver. I went through device manager to try to determine what drivers were being used for the three devices above without success.

Hi,
Could not find an answer from the drivers downloads.
Have you tried the following?

Software Details | HPE Support Center
Thank You!
