Image DL360 Gen9 to Gen10 - Missing Drivers and inaccessible boot device

Hoping someone can identify something I am missing. I am trying to take a Windows Server 2012 R2 Acronis Image of an exsting Gen9 server and appply it to a Gen10. Using Acrionis universal restore I try to apply missing drivers but there are three I can not seem to get.

  1. PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A1AF&SUBSYS_00EB1590&REV_09 | C620 Series Chipset Family USB 3.0 xHCI Controller
  2. PCI\VEN_103C&DEV_22F6&SUBSYS_00E41590&REV_09 | Hewlett Packard Enterprise iLO5 Virtual USB Controller
  3. PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A1D2&SUBSYS_00EB1590&REV_09 | C620 Series Chipset Family SSATA Controller [AHCI mode]

I also have universal restrore inject the HPE Smart Array P408i-a SR Gen 10 driver.

I am not sure if its related to the drivers or a system configuration difference but I can not get Windows to boot. I get a BSOD with inaccessable boot device.

I installed a fresh copy of Server 2012 R2 and updated all the drivers using SPP to verify the hardware was working correctly. I used this image to export all the third party drivers using PS command Export-WindowsDriver. I went through device manager to try to determine what drivers were being used for the three devices above without success.
