Image capture & deploy thru RDP 3.82

Hi all,
I have captured an image of HP ML370 tower server. This server has Win2003 Std Ed R2 SP2 installed. 5 x 146 GB physical drives and two logical partitions .

I want to deploy this image on a DL460 blade.
Do I need to have 5 X 146 GB drives on the target server also??

Has anybody tried doing something similar before?? Was it successfull.

Any other things that I need to addres before deplying the image.
