Image from HP e800 to dl360

Hi all,
I have a big problem:
I have to move an image from a HP e800 Server to a dl360.
I want to use sysprep but I??m not able to manage this. How do I have to do this? I need to install the smart array driver with sysprep, but it will not work properly.
Does anyone have done this before and is able to help me with some sysprep.inf files and a short discription?
