Inaccesible_Boot_Device intalling Win2000 Server in a ML370 Server

A blue screen with the Inaccesible_boot_device message appear when I start Win2000 for the first time (at the end of the instalation process).

I have already update the Bios Controller and I updated the SCSI Controller in the Instalation Process (pressing F6 and Updating de controler)

Thanks for the cooperation
